Learn how to turn classic dishes into beautifully presented festive one-bite wonders, perfect for the Christmas period. On this course we will explore exciting flavour combinations and creative presentation to create canapés perfect for any event. Many of the canapés we make will be suitable for advance preparation, saving time and effort when entertaining.
While the day’s menu may change with the seasons and availability of ingredients, you can expect to make dishes such as:
- Salmon Tartare ‘Cornets’
- Thai Beef in a Refreshing Cucumber Cup, Strips of Rare Beef in Sweet Chilli Dressing, Coriander
- Watermelon Filled with Feta Cheese, Pistachio and Honey (V, GF) contains nuts
- Mini Poppadums’ with Chick Pea Chutney (GF, DF)
- Mini Eclairs with White Chocolate
We will taste as we go along, but there may be leftovers to take home, so please bring storage containers. Dietary Information - This workshop is not suitable for vegetarians, vegans or coeliac diets. Please email us if you need to know more about the ingredients we will be using in this course.
£65 per person includes all of your materials, equipment, refreshments and festive treats for you to enjoy beforehand. Please bring storage containers with you to bring home any leftovers during the workshop.
